Provide Franca reference models #76

Create an example project which contains reference models (*.fidl, later also 
*.fdepl). There should be reference models covering:

- all primitive types inside typeCollection and interface
- user-defined types (also combinations of user-defined types)
- "normal" interface features (version, attributes, methods, broadcasts)
- special interface features (extends, manages, ...)
- contracts with and w/o state variables
- structured comments with all tags

A project with reference models is available 
(examples/org.franca.examples.reference). It has been integrated on develop and 
is available on master.

This will extended and used for regression testing in future.
