Support hex values in Franca expressions #92

Franca IDL supports integer expressions and constants in various parts of the 
syntax. The integer numbers have to be specified in decimal. It should be 
additionally possible to specify integers in hex format.

Implemented hexadecimal format of integer numbers to be used anywhere where 
integers are allowed. Negative integers in hexadecimal format are not supported.
