Add a test project for the tracevalidator. #95

The project org.franca.tools.contracts.tracevalidator doesn't contain any unit 
tests. A test project should be created which contains some regression tests 
for the tracevalidator:

tests/org.franca.tools.contracts.tracevalidator.tests
