About

This is similar to Issue #3 Please read the about section of that issue before going ahead with this one.

In addition to normal desktop notifications, make a new file that has a telegram bot. This bot is supposed to send a message to the user when the job is finished

@shreehari2325 Please go ahead! @SpaceCypher I'm sorry but issues are assigned on a fcfs basis. You'll be able to get assigned only if @shreehari2325 fails to solve the issue
