What happened?

DARK AND LIGHT TOGGLE BUTTON IS NOT WORKING OF THE COMMUNITY SPOTTING PAGE

THERE IS PROPER TOGGLE BUTTON DESIGN FOR THE LIGHT AND DARK MODE PURPOSE TO THE PAGE OF COMMUNITY SPOTTING BUT THERE IS NOT FUNCTIONING TO THAT BUTTON THAT THIS BUTTON IS NOT WORKING NOT FUNCTIONING OUT AND HENCE IT'S NOT WORKING. SO AM GOING TO FIX IT.
