BUG: Rearrange Footer Links and Align Titles for Consistency

What happened?

In the footer section, the layout of the "Quick Links" and the alignment of section titles such as "SwapReads" and "Newsletter" are not properly arranged, which affects the overall visual consistency. We need to rearrange the links and ensure the titles are aligned in parallel for a cleaner, more organized footer
