Add a Carousel to the Testimonial Section

I noticed that the current testimonial section displays all testimonials statically, which can become overwhelming when there are multiple testimonials. To enhance the user experience, I suggest implementing a carousel that will allow users to cycle through testimonials one at a time. This would make the section more interactive and visually appealing.

Proposed Solution:

• Implement a carousel (using a library like Slick, Swiper, or a custom solution) in the testimonial section to display testimonials in a sliding format.
• Ensure the carousel is fully responsive across different device sizes.
• Add pagination buttons , allowing users to navigate through the testimonials with more control.

How I Can Help: I would like to contribute by implementing this feature as part of Hacktoberfest 2024. I have experience working with front-end technologies and integrating components like carousels. I can also ensure that this feature integrates seamlessly with any existing UI framework or styling conventions being used.
