I would like to propose adding a Dialogflow-powered chatbot to the homepage of the website. The chatbot will assist users in navigating the site effectively and provide website-specific information.
Key features include:
Positioning: The chatbot will be located in the bottom-right corner of the homepage. Notification: A notification button saying “Talk to us” will prompt users to interact with the chatbot. Website-Specific Assistance: The chatbot will answer questions related to the services the website offers, as well as help users find key information like: Home: General welcome and homepage introduction. About: Information about the organization's mission and values. Service: A detailed list of the services provided by the organization. Donate: Instructions on how to make a donation and its importance. Events: Information about upcoming events and how to register. Contact: How to reach out to the organization or its representatives.
Chatbot Interaction Flow: Notification: A "Talk to us" button at the bottom-right, when clicked, opens the chatbot window. Natural Language Understanding: The bot will be trained to recognize queries like "What services do you offer?", "How do I donate?", "Tell me about upcoming events", etc. Contextual Replies: Based on the recognized query, the bot will provide relevant information, direct users to the correct section of the site, and offer helpful links.
