Want to Add User DashBoard - Shows contribution to animal (like a score , and better UI in profile)

A new Section Of News related to animals awareness (using fetch api)

When I am just entered still that go up button displays (when i just scroll down at that time it should appear I noticed).

I hope you will assign this issue to me with hactoberfest tag.
