Link about.html to about.css and Update Hero Image & Styling

The about.html page is currently not linked to its corresponding stylesheet about.css, which results in inconsistent styling. To improve the page's visual appeal, I will:

1. Link the about.html page to the about.css file.
2. Add a new image to the "About Us" hero section for better visual representation.
3. Change the color of the "About Us" heading and paragraphs to enhance the UI and ensure better readability.

This update will improve the overall design and make the "About Us" page more engaging for users.
