Change "Safe water" to "Save water" in the Home Section #1421

In the home section of the website, the text currently says, "Safe water". To better align with the message of water conservation, I suggest changing it to "Save water".

-Current text: "Safe water" -Proposed change: "Save water"

This change will emphasize the need for water conservation, which seems to be more in line with the goals of the project.
