Improving nav bar font & fixing shadow direction of cards

In the nav bar, the fonts are not going well with the title on the nav bar (written on the left). Thus, improving the font using google fonts. Also the font size should be increased to make it more readable.

On the welcome page, there are cards which when hovered glows with green shadow. The shadow there should be uniform in all the directions. Also the text inside should be placed at the centre. These improvements will make the website look more professional.

Kindly assign me this issue under hacktoberfest 2024.
