Added loader screen and smoother animation for Donation.htm page #1621

Issue #1609 When pressing any 'Donate Now' button in Index.html page, while being directed to Donation.html page, we are greeted by a rolling Loader page followed by a smooth fade-in animation of the main content of the Donation.html page for a more beautiful look
