There are inconsistencies with the hover effects and transitions in various elements such as navigation links and button components. The hover transitions are either too abrupt or not visually appealing. Additionally, certain UI elements like the navigation bar have transitions that cause layout shifts or jerky animations. This issue requires improving the smoothness of hover states and aligning transitions for a more polished user experience across the layout.

Steps to reproduce:

Hover over the nav links or buttons. Observe the abrupt color changes or layout shifts.
