Bug Report: "Back to Top" Button Not Working

Description

The "Back to Top" button is not functioning as expected. When clicked, the button does not scroll the page back to the top as it should. This issue occurs on both desktop and mobile versions of the website.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any page with a "Back to Top" button.
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Click on the "Back to Top" button located at the bottom of the page.
4. Observe that the page does not scroll back to the top.

Expected Behavior

The page should smoothly scroll back to the top when the "Back to Top" button is clicked.

Actual Behavior

No scrolling occurs, or the page jumps abruptly without smooth animation.
