Modified the tag in the navigation bar to include an href attribute. The "Register" and "Login" link now directs users to the external registration page at https://wildguard.netlify.app/register.html and login at login.html. This change ensures that users can access the correct registration and loginpage when clicking the "Register" and "Login" link in the navbar.
