I have fixed the navigation issues in the navbar. the "Register" link directs users to register.html.

Changes Made

Updated the navbar component to ensure proper link redirection.
Improved user experience by enhancing navigation functionality.

This change is part of my contribution to Hacktoberfest 2024.
