Add Form Validation and Success Message for Wildlife Conservation Form Submission

In the Donate Section. -The Wildlife Conservation Form currently allows submission with an empty textarea.

• No success or error messages are shown to guide the user during interaction. we can add features like
• On successful submission (when the textarea has input), display: "Thank you for your sharing."
• If the user clicks submit without filling in the textarea , display: "Please share your thoughts."
