Fixed pyqt conflict with opencv #39

Hi,

I made a fix on the environment.yaml because I was not able to start GUI due to opencv bug. Installing the opencv headless version fixed it and I also added qt, pyqt and qtpy to the environment requirements.

I updated the README for my clearness in the future, you can ignore them :)
