I am successfully using this cookbook to deploy kibana 6.2.3 ... Great work and thank you!

I have run into a minor issue, according to the documentation, kibana-plugin needs to be run with the kibana user ... See: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/6.2/_installing_plugins.html#_installing_plugins_with_linux_packages
