Not sure how feasible this is, but used a 'hack' for doing this on Palm and
found it very useful.
When you need to Toggle case on a word use double tap rather than lots of
tapping, deleting, reinserting. For example to change toggle to Toggle.
Rather than putting cursor between t and o and then deleting and then shifting
and then retyping. How about a tap = placing the cursor near the end of the
word - followed by a tap = placing the cursor earlier in the word. This would
toggle the case of the word.
For example let's say I typed "While in london I wanted to go to a pub" and I
wanted to capitalize london. A tap near the end of london (say between the d
and o) and then a tap anywhere in the word (london) before the first tap, would
change the case of the word, in this case london to London.
Note I have also seen fancy versions of this 'hack' that will allow you to tap
at the start of the word and then near the and and it will change the entire
word to the same capitalization
