Folder get deselected on the add layer window #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add 2 layers that has the same grand-parent folder but not the same parent 
folder
2. Remove one of them
3. The grand-parent folder get deselected, even if it still contains something.

Fixed - The highlight logic of the tree has been rewritten.
