Extra options for ncWMS #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ncWMS to serve this dataset: 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/examples/sresa1b_ncar_ccsm3_0_run1_2
00001.nc
2. Add sources and layer to atlasmapper
3. Go to options and select Depth (Pa).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There is a error message when Depth (Pa) is changed:

Error: TypeError: field is undefined

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ncwms 1.0, AtlasMapper 1.3, XAMPP 1.8.1, Tomcat 7.0.30, JRE7, windows 2008
