Square brackets in download links appear encoded to user. #73

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a layer with a linked metadata record that has a resource description 
that includes square brackets in the text [ ]. One such record is 
http://e-atlas.org.au/geonetwork/srv/en/iso19139.xml?id=47
2. In the e-Atlas an example layer is the TS: Dugong relative density (JCU, 
NERP-TE 2.1) layer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The square brackets are encoded in the layer Download popup dialogue.
i.e. Google Earth Data showing Dugong Relative Density [11 kB] appears as
Google Earth Data showing Dugong Relative Density [11 kB]

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.6

This issue was to workaround the possibility of having a title that may cause 
problem with the wiki format (was affecting "[", "]" and "|"). This won't be a 
problem in the future since the Wiki format will parsed server side, and the 
list of link will be written as HTML instead of wiki format.
