Removing ArcGIS layer group leaves hidden feature request layer

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a group of layers from an ArcGIS server. In the case of the e-Atlas add 
the Ports layer group from the GBRMPA data source.
2. Remove the Port layer group with the "-" button.
3. Click on the GBR region to perform a feature request.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be no feature request sent to the ArcGIS layers since they were 
deleted, however a feature request is still sent to one of the layers 
(Designated Shipping Area).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
AtlasMapper 1.4.8, Linux Server
