This has been completed on note cards in list My Notes.

Adding it to note cards in list Shared Notes

Completed - added created on and last modified on dates to share notes list. Note: not tested as shared notes are not displaying in shared list currently - see issue #https://github.com/anusii/podnotes/issues/89
