ENCRYPT: change post login encryption field text to Enter encryption key to decrypt #45

Currently after opening the app (after prior setup and adding an encryption key) it asks us to add an encryption key to encrypt my data. This should instead be asking me to enter my encryption key to decrypt my data on clicking a pod note

As the app does now know whether the user has an encryption key, I have just modified the message
