Could you integrate this with the reddit API, it doesn't work with subreddits created after 2018

it would be cool if the the website was kept up to date, and maybe it could track the change in subreddit relations over time

The recommendations were build from scratch, based on data pre 2018.

Checkout https://anvaka.github.io/map-of-reddit/ - this one has more fresh data

But it doesn't have cool graph rendering based on weighting like this does, does it? :(
