Scalar keeps redirecting back to homepage every time when logging in #136

I have experienced the same problem and I can never log in. My environment is XAMPP for Windows 7.4.7. Scalar version 2.5.12 I have checked the config file $config['uri_protocol'] = 'PATH_INFO'. Is there any fix I could try to make it work. Thank you.
