1.20.1 forge ver. Durability in game isn't matched with the modified one in the config file. #10

I forgot to take a screen shot. Maybe I set the durability of the area horn as 10,but in game it showed 200. Is this sort of calculating problem? It's a bit upset since I'd like to turn the area horn as an emergency escaping method with only 10 times to use.

By the way, the speeding time of area horn doesn't take effect after being modified in config. I've noticed that it also creates a server config when you start a new save. But it should be easier to just handle everything in the common config file.

The durability will be fixed in the next update but everything related to the speed setting will be removed because it does not work :/
