fixed broken french translation + some corrections + condensed stress box automation #92

Hello,

French translation for predefined actor template items (accelerated and condensed) was broken. This patch fixes it.

I also corrected some mistakes and updated the condensed translation (I'm the french translator of Fate Condensed).

The condensed system includes automated stress boxes (example: 3 Physical stress boxes by default. 4 boxes with a Physique skill rank at +1 or +2. 6 boxes with a Physique skill rank at +5 or higher. Same with Mental stress and Will skill.)

I let the additional mild consequence as is, but it should be splitted : an additional mild physical consequence for a Physique skill rank at +5 or higher and an additional mild mental consequence for a Will skill rank at +5 or higher. I can do that if you wish.

Hi Maxime, thank you very much for this, I'm gonna try to add this PR soon.

Right now I'm rebuilding the automation system a bit so we might need to adjust the json files for that anyway 🙂
