Adding client side test suite component

• Refactored to create a component that includes the standard buttons, labels, and pass/fail icons. This component is used in the nested RepeatingPanels to minimize code duplication. I figure I still need the 3 nested RepeatingPanel templates as there are slight variations in the button click events, but they are cleaner now.
• Indeed, only the assert method works. No other unittest methods work in Skulpt (as far as catching failures).
• Called the setUp and tearDown methods before and after each test method call
• Tweaked the documentation to mention the limitations.

I refactored the get_components() part. I do still have some repetitive code but couldn't figure out how to abstract it away without breaking the functionality. The methods about raising events in the child repeating panels only seem to work when written in each form rather than the 'template' component.

Following up on this - is there interest in this component or should I maintain it in my own repo?

Sorry @yahiakala for letting this languish I personally think it would better maintained in a separate repo
