Develop Dockstore so that it can support other containerized applications (e.g., UCSC Genome Browser) as “apps”. These are long-lived services triggered by and for FireCloud users.

Leonardo will not be ready to start working on integration until Q2 at least. Dockstore will continue working with setting up more applications of varying types, and will try them out with the Gen3 execution engine.
