Mirror Galaxy Toolshed Workflows in Dockstore #284

[notes from original issue left behind in migration https://ucsc-cgl.atlassian.net/browse/ANVIL-19] Denis is talking with someone at Galaxy (Chris?). The plan is that Dockstore is cleaning up our code base so that it is more straightforward to add a language. At the January Face to Face Denis and this person walked through what it would take to be able to have Galaxy devs do a pull request on the sections where knowledge of the language is necessary.

Dockstore work to be done in version 1.7

Galaxy needs to be engaged in July time frame to start their work

Goal is to be done with the capacity for Galxy workflows by end of Q4

Once we have the capacity to take Galaxy workflows, we will need to add some into our system and will need a launch with relationship with them.

Dockstore should have a plan for this in 1.8 but does not yet

Then is the hard work. We do not have a scoped out plan for what a mass migration would look like. However, i think this is the plan for how Galaxy workflows would be available to the AnVIL Galaxy environment. This would be the next large scoping work.

This is going to require some face time planning.
