Can a user actually cap spending with GCP Functions?

Can we use the existing docs or should we make a simplified doc?

GCP functions are written in JS or python → requires “coding” expertise. After the first pass, the Functions were a blocker, need help from someone who is familiar with the nomenclature and navigating GCP.
