SUP-503 Fix ggplot2 bug causing RStudio to crash #32

Pushed to GCR and made corresponding terra-docker PR: https://github.com/DataBiosphere/terra-docker/pull/229

The fix was in the RStudio base image, no changes to this Dockerfile required, just a rebuild.
