Prayertime: Show countdown for the next prayer time #3

Instead of running once per day, it would be interesting to have a sort of countdown to the next prayer time ahead, such as

Dzuhur dalam 1 jam 52 menit

For this to work efficiently, we need to update this script to run every minute, and leverage file/sqlite to save today's prayer data.

I decided to separate leverage file/sqlite to save today's prayer data into another issue #6 . Hence, this issue will only cover the creation of the newest script to run every minute, albeit inefficient.

Start shipping, stop starting.
