Note from our PCB manufacturer: Round holes can always be output to the drill
file, they never need to be output to contour, no matter what size.
But there is a difference between plated and non-plated through holes in
manufacturing (mounting holes are usually non-plated). But there is no standard
for differentiating these. In fact, some board houses will simply just plate
all holes, and it's usually not a problem.
We could eventually offer it as an option to export to separate drill files for
both types of holes.

if a hole has zero ring-thickness, it is not plated; we don't have to do
anything further.
