fonts and templates on website are not correct. #2588

Templates are built in illustrator using "px" units for width and height. 
Illustrator px are 72 dpi. When these are loaded into Inkscape, px are treated 
as 90 dpi.

In general, part svg width and height attributes should be converted to 
"in","cm" or "mm".

In the fonts folder, we are no longer using OCRA.otf.
