Copper/Ground Fill doesn't work proper on Linux v0.90 #2992

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put some pieces on to PCB
2. Try to make Ground Fill
3. Wait. Wait. Wait...Indeed it waiting too much for a piece of resistor! At 
the end, it doesn't make a ground fill.

Version 0.87 has no issues, working properly.
Something broken with v0.90

Using 64bit Linux Os (OpenSuSE 13.1)
