Can you give a more specific example? Tried this with the old stepper motor
example
(not the recently updated one), which has lots of jumper wires. After the
autoroute,
there was a long delay before I could select anything (which may be a separate
bug),
but then I had no problem selecting/deleting jumper wires. Or do you mean
jumper
items?
By the way, are there supposed to be jumper items in the updated stepper motor
example?
Because if so, they're not showing up when I load that example.

Playing a bit more with it, a jumper wire seems to be only selectable at the
copper
circles. The blue line itself is not clickable. It would be nice if that was
possible,
in order to delete it.
Yes, the stepper motor is the only example in which I made use of the new
jumper
wires. And you're right, the lines do not show up immediately. But if you move
one of
their copper circles, the blue line gets drawn..
Which shows another bug: If you move the endpoint of a jumper wire, the traces
connected to it do not move with it.
And finally: the ratsnest doesn't get dimmed properly when a jumper wire got
created.
Should I put these things into separate issues?

Do you mean "jumper wire" or "jumper item"? I still can't tell which one you
are
talking about. "Jumper Wire" is a wire, and it's the thing that will
eventually be
replaced by a fat ratsnest wire. Jumper Item is the new thing with actual
pads--it is
a part and not a wire.

r3669: jumper item now can be dragged by clicking on the blue line (connector
"halo"
dragging still works), and if you move a jumper, or one if its connectors,
connected
traces move along with it
