Map Tiles frosthaven/fh-09c and d are rotated compared to a/b #19

Actually, this isn't wrong per se ... they are simply in the orientation as they exist on the punch boards. None the less, I will review all of the tiles and see if it makes sense to rotate them.

The orientation of 09C and 09D have been changed.
