Add Rooms

In this project:

• [ ] I created a temporal Navbar to enable me work on my UIs. This Navbar will be replaced by what coker2019 will create.
• [ ] I created a functionality to Add New Rooms.
• [ ] I implemented functionality to prevent saving duplicate rooms based on room name and category_id.
• [ ] I added a functionality to list Rooms by their Categories.
• [ ] I implemented a Refresh button that displays all rooms after category filter.
• [ ] I implemented a functionality to update rooms.
• [ ] When a new room is added or deleted, the number_of_rooms field in the Categories table is increased or decreased by one accordingly.
