Missing required abi_x86_32 use flag for media-sound/alsa-libs #306

Steam games seem to require 32-bit abi to run (tested with source games.) "SDLAUDIO: SDL_OpenAudioDevice() failed: ALSA: Couldn't open audio device: Invalid argument" is outputted when it is missing

It seems this is mentioned in the README; however, the link it references is disabled. Is it possible to add a lists of ebuilds for which this flag is necessary?

If you're talking about games-util/steam-games-meta then I think I'm just going to drop it at this point, if @anyc is not interested in keeping it maintained. I don't think it's scalable, but it was the best we had before I created esteam, which you should use instead.
