Change sys-libs/e2fsprogs[@ABI@] to sys-fs/e2fsprogs[@ABI@] #311

I know next to nothing about how git and github work, so sorry if this is improper. Concerning: https://github.com/anyc/steam-overlay/commit/5e7fc381b5663e99aa0e3e57b51f09759a227566

The change just changed e2fsprogs-libs to e2fsprogs, without changing sys-libs to sys-fs. This causes 'emerge -an @esteam' to fail with:

emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "sys-libs/e2fsprogs[abi_x86_64]".
