Add Login with Bootstrap Login Modal module in the NavBar #39

Dear Anton, I noticed that is not possible to add the Bootstrap Login Modal "Login" link in the navbar. It could be very useful for me.

Am I doing something wrong?

On my fresh tweme install with Bootstrap Login Model, the Login/Register links are not showing. Are in the DOM though but not visible for some reason...
