CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calling constructor GSBCrawler/GSBAnalyzer
2. GSBCrawler gsbCrawler = new GSBCrawler("KEY", "gsb", "c:\\Backup\\", 
"jdbc:mysql://localhost/gsb", "root", "");
3. Exceptioon is throwing at 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Updated table and List infected urls

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jgooglesafebrowser-0.1a.jar in windows server 2008

It was working fine before, suddenly started throwing error.
