Hide layers bug: Sometimes when adding a new effect to a layer, it snaps to invisible mode, or vica versa.

When you click the little eye icon to hide the layer.

This is expected behavior.  It's a tempo filter, and is meant to turn layers 
on/off
to the global tempo.
