Transferring problem sets to html

Per @ozanj @rachelberwald @xochilthlopez @joycehnguy if you have any ideas chime in here too.

I could change problem sets 1-11 to knit to html in the YAML header for future editions of 260A. Could even pilot it on a later week this quarter...

Pros while testing this out:

• Document renders to html fine without creating a lot of temporary tex files.
• Rstudio native preview after knitting seems nice.
• No tinytex installation necessary

Cons

• May experience new knitting problems on some sets (remains to be seen)
• Still another layer of complexity for R and Rmarkdown beginners versus using .R script files.
• HTML is not on many faculty's list of acceptable homework assignment formats. PDF is.

Any other thoughts?

I am fine w/ this change. can even do it for the rest of the quarter.

if you change to html, just make sure you test it out before [the problem set and the solutions] before students start working on the problem set for that week.

one other issue @augias , it may be harder for you all to grade/annotate problem sets that are in html rather than pdf. that may be the reason why we did pdf in the first place. is there an easy way to add comments to html files?
