Tag as an Object #55

High level: Introduce "Tag" as a new object type with a dedicated layout and tagging system. This feature will enable users to tag objects seamlessly, filter content and enhance navigation across Anytype. Key features include inline tag generation, a tag widget and the ability to relate tags to various relations within the space. This update will improve content organization and boost workflow efficiency.

Will it be possible to establish relationships between tags? For example, a whole-part relationship to show that one tag (topic) is a part of some other tags?

Would it deliver inline tags? It would be fantastic to have possibility to tag something just via #inline_tag I'm not the one who relay on the tags, but inline ones makes more sense to me.
